GT, stick me in either of these, depending on what laptime we're aiming at? Cheers

Tried to do some timing yesterday but it is hard to learn and only managed 1 timed lap. Wanted to do a few laps more but my GTR2 crashed GT, Don't know if you expect a full grid , otherwise I would like to choose the Prost McLaren . If you think there are plenty volunteers for the race I will skip and let someone else have fun. cheers, Sandor

Cheers chaps. Post #2 updated. @ Navin, both myself and SBG had problems joining in the Piquet Lotus with the usual GTR2 "booted as cheat" bug. I got in on 2nd attempt, but if you have trouble, go for the other Lotus. There are still a couple of the sweeeeeeet driving Ligiers left, as well as the brutally quick but awkward Arrows. Any malingering aliens might want to pop into a Zakspeed or a Minardi, while if you've still not had a chance to practise, there is still a vacancy at McLaren Please reserve them here though please because I don't want any duplication of cars. Also (and I know I really don't have to say this), please take it extra easy for at least the first lap tonight. It's so easy to find yourself into the back of someone in these cars and although I'll be lowering the damage settings, any rear ending is still likely to cause you to lose your front wing. Oh and check those fuel levels as they are a bit squiffy on some cars. Enjoy the race!

No-one for the Ligier yet, so I've put you in Rene Arnoux's car if that's ok.

Didnt realise you only wanted single cars for a real grid. I might have been better to highlight this early on.
Think i'll give it a miss anyway, only felt competitive in the ferrari, these just do it for me sorry, they feel far too fragile for racing with as well and just last night practising felt like there was too much variation in speed between people.

Lol, see below from GT's post 2, explaining the idea of the event: The idea is for each driver to choose a car according to their pace to create as even a field as possible. We don't want a grid full of Gerhard Bergers out there, so Please do some testing to choose an appropriate car and reserve it here. One driver per car please. That & the other numerous references to everyone aiming at a certain time & having to request their cars! It just wasn't clear enough

In fairness, I did add the one driver, one car bit on the end last night But yes, I hoped I'd made it clear from the start.
