Shame we can't use the BMW M3 GT2...much better sounding than the GTR Sad .... and it seems to be on the pace of all the other cars where the GTR is the slowest of the bunch.

Gawd, i've struggled to do any lap. Really not enjoying this, cars feel awful.

are you using the default setups? Most of them are far too stiff ive found and need softening down a tad for better turn in etc

Agree on the new M3 sounds, they are great, especially when you crank the volume up. The new M3 is quicker than most of the current Sport class though. In the offline races i ran it usually dominated the top end of the grid (being a newer car evolution than the rest).

well my first race in GTRevo was shortlived, through the gravel and into the barriers at turn 1 on lap eight.

Not sure about GTR evo yet as i only bought it yesterday, spent a couple of hours last night installing it and trying to find out where all the different setup pages are. so i only did about 10 laps practice for the race tonight. will have to spend a few hours behind the wheel before i really know.

Ha! Such an intense race. Shocked After pole I was able to pull away and make a gap of about 5 sec. After the tyres started to lose a bit the gap went down and disappeared at around pitting time. Lazlow pitted first and after my stop we came out side by side but he was able to pull away after the hairpin. He was then also able to make a gap of a few seconds which I managed to reduce towards the end of the race. Last 15 minutes was a race of less than half a second apart and he kept his 1st. Well done for the pace, was great and intense racing. Smiley Was soaked all over, like playing basket for two hours. Cheesy

Grats pody and finishers. Cool

Can we now set a policy that will bring more / all interested drivers on track, please? Legzy, MJ, which hour would be ok for both of you?

Very close race last night.

After staying with TT in the first 5 laps, I then had two sloppy laps dropping me 7 secs back and in the clutches of Spanner & nsfast for a couple of corners. I think I clipped nsfast as I was trying to make the apex in turn 9 after running wide...sorry about that dude I just didn't know you were there Embarrassed

I then regained my composure and went about closing the gap to TT, and at the halfway mark I was only 0.7 sec behind. Pitted for new tyres only. And just as I came out of the pits TT and I were side by side going through turn 2. I decided to make a lunge down into the tight right hander at the bottom of the straight, and managed to make it stick Shocked Cool. I then pulled a 2 sec gap but as the race went on TT was putting on the pressure more and more sweatdrop and at the end of the race he was just over 0.5 sec behind.

Brilliant racing as usual Cool would of been good to see a few more people attending though...maybe next time.

Funny, after all these years, people still call it the "unofficial lapchart" Grin
