I need to do a few tweaks to my weather system but, if I do then what do you all think of changeable conditions for this event? My reasoning for the suggestion is as I said in the season introduction, that on the tracks we have done loads before, I will try to make the races more interesting by using changeable weather or non standard virtual race start times. SuperGT cars are great on this track, but then all cars probably are on this incredible and historic venue in the Arden Forest.

No probs here, though we havent tried the wet tyres in the mod at all. Interesting, how low do you go with the wings!

i am not sure if i did a race already with wet tyres in this mod., but for the wings... high wings are always best with this cars in dry (japan cars), so you can be sure in wet full wings is not wrong... in my nissan z i do drive always in every track with 4 in front and 11-12 in rear, think i did 12 in laguna seca and 11 in portima de funes (do not know name) you win much more time with high wing in the corners as you loose in the straights (if you loose any??), with lower rear wing you can not push the cars so extrem in the corners. servus

I find with humyo if you follow the link and it asks you to login, try clicking the link again and it then downloads it.

You can still practise with the official Spa 2003 until I sort out the upload.
The only change in UKGTR version is corner cut detection. Do not cut the corners at the top of Eau Rouge and the Bus Stop chicane.
I am just trying to get the weather system sorted at the moment but, if I can not get the changes done in time then we will race with non standard virtual start time. I will let you all know later today.

If we do use changeable weather it will be based on real life weather conditions and its currently forecast to be dry at Spa tomorrow.

Sorry it is so last minute but, as there is no rain forecast (and I have not managed to get the changes I wanted working in the weather system) we will be having a non standard virtual start time. It will be 19:00Hrs. It is starting to get dark but, you can still see the road side objects at that time. By the end of the race it will be quite dark.
The aim is to ease us into a night drive with only the last few laps in any real darkness.
1st post has been updated.

i have just been practicing offline, i set the session starting time to 8pm (to see how dark it would be at the end of the race) the pitlane was flood lit, but by the time i got to the end of the pitlane i was in complete darkness and could not see anything (yes i did have the headlights on!). i have done night time races on other tracks before and still seen the track, is there some setting that i have changed by accident?
