I can confirm first hand that the 1fps bug seems to be alive and kicking in GTL Embarrassed
Racing online in a public with a grid of about 27, I got hit with something like the 1fps bug! I hope it was some kind of server problem and not something directly related to the GTL software.

Bummer, I think rF has it too some degree too, I think its very unlikely in rF tho, we'll have to do investigation into GTL.
