Does anyone have any setup or driving tips for the Pantera to make it a bit more predictable? I managed ok at Monza, but it really doesn't like braking while turning at the Magny National circuit. It's living up to it's name "Pant-terror".

The correct procedure is brake-swear, not swear-brake.

Everything is a peice-of-piss after the Lotus Elan, I never dreamt there'd be a car that bad.

Good! So it ISN'T just me then!!!  I'm just going through the Elan cup of the "C" races, not really fiddled with the settings, but put the rear camber to -1.4 and it's a bit more easy to handle.

I'm suprised people don't like the Elan, it has fantastic handling. I can usually set more consistant laptimes in it than in any other car in GTL or GTR. I did have to move the brake balance forward and increase the coast diff to about 60% to stop it going out of control on the downhill braking sections though.

Yeah a bit odd- it's a superb car and very chuckable.

I find, when your not accelerating or decelerating, it handes like my corsa  Roll Eyes when you handles like a Corvette  Grin, and when you start to brake it handles into a pogo stick  Shocked.

Got the Pantera sorted in the end, I was over-driving it. By driving at a speed that felt far too slow my laptimes kept coming down. Managed a 1:04.6 in the end.
