Nice paintjob Albers...am downloading it now  Smiley Is it possible to choose a custom made skin off NG etc and use that as your own paintjob for online racing? I have no idea how to skin so getting a ready made realistic one is a good option.

Also, if others dont download the skin, do they just see your car as a default game skin in the race?

Yeah if you don't have the skin I've done all you will see is the default (numberless) car.

If you have an idea for a custom skin I can make you one if you want?

just a heads up, not sure who else runs win7 on here, but they just released a new service pack which i installed last night. However, as usual it knocks out your xd, motec-add etc. so am guessing we need a new patch from those guys. Also GTR-Evo wouldnt fire up through steam after, so had to use the steam - library - race07 route to get back in and working.

This ok? Which colour do you prefer, light or dark blue? What name/number would you like in the windows?

Wasn't sure if you wanted the e90 or e46 doing so I have done the e90 but can easily do the e46.
Ignore the wheels and windows, they are just default at the minute.

They will almost certainly want the lighter blue, most all of their 'Legend Team' skins look very much like this:

Was that the one using the wrong F430 model template?

Note we are not running skins. And i think as the content is all encrypted i'm not sure if you can rename the skin to replace it in game.

you dont have to 'run skins', its up to the participants to put the skins in their own mydocuments\simbin\race07\custom skins dir if they want to see them appear in game, otherwise you just see the car as a default skin. Personally i like to see someones personal race car scheme as it adds to the flavour and makes it more personal when racing hard on track  Smiley After all, a Leon skin like Albers uses a 'whopping' 1.6mb..hardly a problem. Tongue  Its little touches like this that encourage more racers, why hinder it? Though you can keep that 'orrible green car of yours  Wink

So it handles it differently than GTR2 then where the skin is a complete car?

There arnt many people wanting to do skins/ car packs for any races (Still not learned yet MJ) anymore. If Race does handle them better then by all means.
