Nice!  Cool some clever bod has created working headlights for several cars. (No mismatches online)...crazy that someone other than simbin has to fix such an oversight!  Roll Eyes

Err.. i hope these actually a light pattern on the road. The pictures just seem to show the headlight cover on the cars a bit brighter and not actually anything useful.

anyone tried them yet? Be great if they throw proper light patterns on the track, even if just for flashing thankyou's!. Will try some and report back.

edit...ah no beam is thrown onto the track surface  Sad  the headlights merely light up brighter and look more realistic. I just installed some of the lights. At least now the car behind does look like he has full headlights, but no gain for us in better vision or for casting a beam onto the track to aid overtaking etc. Still, you can still flash people with them  Wink

Do you see it yourself when you flash the light to the guy or you just imagine it? Roll Eyes

no you only see it from external cameras or from the other guys cockpit. Your own dash lighting up is the only clue you have that you flashed someone or the lights are on. Still cant figure why simbin dont provide a patch for this, like they just did with the improved smoke effects (the TC grid looked ace the other night when everyone smoked off the line!).
