Please invite all and sundry to this one - the attendance has been pretty dire all season, and it would be nice to end on a high. I will try my best to make it - the wife's home for this one so she can look after the kids .

The Silverstone race last season was a battle all the way up to the last lap, and a great fun race. Lets hope we can fill up the grids on this one and get a whorthy ending to this season.

I'll see if I can give the DP a last hurrah here. I have a hard time getting comfortable with it and I really am starting to hate it, hence my lack of racing. I thought I would love it if I drove it more, but I'm afraid I don't Hopefully we will be going to LMP2/GT2 next season Even so, I hope the new tyre model will make the DP drive properly, it's a fantasy car right now

I'll be there for this one if all goes as planned. Also, I'm not very familiar with Silverstone, looking forward to a new-ish track

I honestly don't know whether I'm going to be able to race this Sunday as the in-laws are due to arrive from Scotland early evening on Sunday. It's possible they'll postpone till Monday in which case I can race but it's going to be a bit rude to greet them after an 8 hour journey and then bugger off for 3 hours. I'll see what I can do, hope to see you there.

Not sure if I'll make it or not. As some of you know I tend to have a sim racing break over summer as I view it to be an autumn/winter sport.

Not going to make it I'm afraid, I have some people coming over and they're staying a bit later than I anticipated. On top of that my shifter broke as well...

For all of you that hadn't noticed the 120 min race that's running from 2000-2130 ....
I would like to point out that THIS IS A 120 MIN RACE.

I thought it was just that 90 minutes around Silverstone felt like it was 120!

This was a cracker last season, and seeing as you guys in the Stangs had so much fun I'm going to grab one myself this time to see the last race out.
Might also give me some much needed practice at being lapped if I end up being a GT40 driver next season!

90 mins is enough I think. My back's not happy with me at the moment.
After gradually dropping back from Rob and Pops, coming out of the pits a few seconds behind Pops gave me a bit more motivation to keep going, but after a spin enough was enough. 30 seconds down, and a lot of other things I could really do with getting done in the 30 mins race time remaining.
Not the most exciting finish to the season ... lets hope the LMP2/GT2 racing picks it all up.

Great end to the season for me Despite only finishing 4th I had a great battle with Rob the entire race and had a grandstand as he and James went 2 wide for a few laps, awesome! (BTW fellas, you were supposed to take each other out and gift me 2nd ). Great win for Raimo! <drumroll> CONGRATS TO DARREN on the championship, well deserved mate, you can collect your prize from Legends HQ;
