The second of our spec races towards Season 2 of F1 88 featuring one of the slower cars. What the AGS lacks in grunt, it makes up for in sweet handling and is a joy to drive around here.
We are using the UKGTR version of Interlagos and the server is now running for the next couple of days.

Well I've been bustin a gut to get a 1:16.6 in race trim. Difficult to get a smooth turn in to T1 and T4 which I think is crucial to getting a good lap. I hope to be on the server after our GTL race from about 10pm.

@Jamera: Download this file for the advanced garage menu: http://www.langamers.it/immagini/installer.jpgInstall it in the main GTR2 folder and it will work. Without the advanced garage you won't be able to set up the final gear. It has only a slightly different layout by the original garage, but it's pretty similar in its functions... give it a try Once installed it will create an uninstall file in the GTR2 main folder in the case you don't want to use it again. Hope it will be useful Cu tomorrow

I thought we were gonna race at the older, longer Interlagos. 1:19s in race trim.

I thought we were gonna race at the older, longer Interlagos. It be a shame, quality track :'( I know, I love the old track too. Had a few great races there recently including last Sunday with the '79 cars. Chose the modern layout because it is a little easier to learn and will therefore hopefully give a better indication of our relative pace. And it is a corker of a track As in last week's race at Mugello, data from this event will go towards our car choices for the remainder of this series. I'll be crunching the numbers and posting details probably tomorrow or Thursday.
