The worst 2 scores are dropped anyway.....you should know by now I think of everything  laugh

Personally I could do with more than 2 dropped scores, but that's just down to PPP....or maybe it's just the  EuronailedtothebackofthegridBrun  Undecided

I was going ok last night and would have had a better result if I'd not been a bit urgent on the throttle at one stage and lost my front wing in the armco. I pitted and took 90 seconds of repairs which included an earlier than planned tyre change, so suppose it could have been much worse. I almost hit esc but glad I didn't as I enjoyed the challenge of driving back and managed to remain pretty consistent. In the end I was chuffed to salvage 5th.

That was my last race with this mod... I'm not able to finish a race. Stop.

Cu for some prototype ot GT races. Bye

Oh come on Manteos, it's drivers like you in slower cars that make these races so enjoyable for everyone. You were looking good for a pody last night  Cool

Wow that was great fun.

Having missed last weeks race, ( sorry! ) was running no ballast so was determined to make that count!
Qualified in pole but found the first lap a struggle Sad
Had a great race with Jubei all race but a half spin and coming across srw sideways in the middle of the track and having to come to a complete stop to avoid him meant I lost 20 secs! Sad
( No worries srw!! by the way! thats racing! lol )
Luckily with new tyres I was catching Jubei fast but not fast enough as we flew over the line a second apart!
Really good fun, very intense! Dripping with sweat!... nice  Grin

Thanks all, this series is just awesome!

You should know me at this time... It was my usual "hot reaction"  Grin Grin

I'm sure that I'll try again to finish a race the next time Wink

Making a couple of considerations about the race, I was glad to be able to fight with Blunder and Sam Blood for some laps, despite they were at least 2.5/3 seconds faster every lap, it was making my race really exciting. Than I did a mistake when I was entering in the pit lane, and I received a Stop & go for exceeding max speed. That makes me feel crazy, but I decided to go on for another half lap, when my car spun cause of the tyre wear... so I pushed esc immediately... I was really furious!

That was a great battle last night Manteos. Now that I have the pleasure of carrying even more ballast for Suzuka I expect to be somewhat slower next time out. I have to say I'm falling in love with this mod the more I race with it. It's taken me a while to get to grips with the cars and to be honest, the March is the only car I've truly felt comfortable with. I struggled with the Lotus' and Ferrari's understeer last season and for the opening race but the March is superb  Grin.

Qualified in 4th and was looking good for the race but got caught out again on the cold tyres and spun out on the first lap, demoting me to last  Embarrassed. A charge through the field followed and eventually found myself in 3rd about 20 seconds behind Jubei. By about half distance, my tyres were shot and needed to pit but alas, got caught out by the limiter and had to come in again for pit lane speeding  hammer.

That ended any chance of a win, but I tried my best and did catch Jubei a little bit. But, with a couple to go I tried too hard and ended up going off the track and losing my front wing. I decided to do the last couple of laps without a front wing as I didn't really know how long it would take to replace it. Managed to bag 3rd and I'm reasonably pleased with that result. Congrats to Jubei and Martin for the fine drives  Smiley.
