Season 22 - Porsche Super Cup

Welcome to the Porsche Super Cup which will be based on the GT Mod but will use only the Porsche and with no handicapping of any kind. However, this will be a team based series, and the points awarded will be based on the results of the whole team rather than the individual drivers.

We want to encourage more drivers to join teams or create new teams and so this series will aim to do that as well as provide a series without handicapping.
Teams made up of drivers from different GPL teams will not be permitted with the exception of teams with less than three members. Members of such teams will have to agree to band together in new teams created for this event in a similar manner to the new GT division. This also applies to drivers who do not, currently, have a team membership. Large teams such as Clark-Hill or Hiki-Waza who have enough drivers to submit 2 teams will be permitted to do so.

All drivers have been grouped into 1 of 3 classes, either Pro, Amateur or Novice, and each group is given a points value:
1 = Novice
2 = Amateur
3 = Pro

The teams will be made up of 3 drivers from the same GPL team, and the total points tally for the 3 drivers in the team must not exceed 6, so a team could be made up of the following combinations:
1x Pro
1x Amateur
1x Novice
OR
3x Amateur
OR
2x Amateur
1x Novice
OR
1x Pro
2x Novice

If a team driver is not able to make a particular race then the team can use a different driver from within their GPL team but the total seeding of the group must still not exceed 6.
If a driver of a suitable seeding does not exist within the GPL team then a freelance driver may be used as long as the total seeding of the team does not exceed 6.
No exceptions to this rule are allowed, so plan your strategy well.

The races will be fully moderated for the red zone of the first lap and for reported incidents only after that, and will be run under Pro rules.

The races will be run as follows:

Race date = Every second Friday from 11 November 2011
Time: no later then 9:00pm UK Time (30-60 mins practice, race starts at 9:30pm)
Variant = GT Mod
Damage Model = Pro

GPFun Team have 2 Pro. Do we need to split the Team in 2 parts  ?
And if we have to split the team in two...where can we find the others Amamteurs and Novices ? 

Yes, you will have to split the the 2 Pro's up Sergio, and fil the teams with other driver levels. Just post on the forum for drivers for your team. You have Fabio for a start who's GPFun as well. Put up a post and see who answers...

I've struggled to make Fridays in Season 21, something always crops up to get in the way of GPL.  I doubt Season 22 will be different so I've registered for less than 75%.  Probably best if I volunteer as a reserve driver for the Antipasti teams.

Guys, I'm looking for a Amateur and for a Novice drivers to fill the lineup of Team Shadows our new team. And now I ask the administrator to Create the new Shadows Team.
