Its definately good for 1 lap However, I wouldn't take anything away from anyone driving the Cobra consistently around here for 80 mins for a good finish. That won't be easy at all and I don't fancy it, hence I'll be in the Healey Gentlemans Racing Club tonight 

80 Minutes are only 2x40 minute sprints . Mind you, I haven't driven a lap here yet in these cars

Listen don't knock it 'til you've tried it, the view is great, once the dust clears it gives me a chance to enjoy the occasion, and then i'm ready to pop back into the pits for a nice little stop/go penalty....it's a Thursday evening well spent

Based on peoples times the only people i'll be racing will be my pit crew! Having done a few laps in a few cars i havent been able to get under 2 mins. I was looking at the daytona coupe as it seems to have the power and some handling to it, but i think i'll take either the alpine or the elan.

B'ah the elans should be banned from this class, they are the easy-win option 
Quick enough and far too nimble for most of the other cars in this group. Everytime we allow them, half the grid seems to pick them and run up front. They are the 'Alfas' of GT65

I don't often agree with you , but now I do fully.
At the moment, there are 5 people in the server...4 are Elans...and guess who doesn't have one .

Elan has:
Very good handling
Good fuel economy
Good tyrewear
Good top speed at this track.

No idea how the tanks are going to have to beat that?
I'm always trying to convince people to leave those cars out, as they get picked all the time and are a defo winner most of the time. It also causes people to not try something different.
I think SBG changed to yanktanks a while ago, and IIRC he enjoys is a lot .

EDIT:
Did a few laps in the Daytona and I'll be around low 56's I hope. First lap in the Cobra was a 54.8  . Still, the Daytona is much more enjoyable to drive, so the Cobra can be e-bayed

Will be running the Elan as I struggled to get any of the others round the track in less than about 5 mins! 
I agree that excluding them would be more fun!
I do like to take the fun option but on this track, as you all say, there is only one choice!
Still looking forward to it! Have run a few laps and still get caught out in the Elan! 
It's gonna be a long race!

I knew I should have picked the Black Cobra...
A little too much throttle exiting the last corner and....I spun straight in to the pitwall.
Didn't fancy trying to finish a lap with a cobra that can only turn right so retired. :'(

Just to say sorry to those that I ran into, I hope I didn't ruin your races. I think that my style of driving is not really compatible with your endurance races, so I think it would be better if I didn't race with you guys any more. Thanks for the few races that i did with you, see you around maybe.
