Server is now back up Anyone who has had grip issues with the Alfa and doesn't use pro-tires should use it. I found the missing half second between the Escort and Alfa when I updated my copy. Using the standard Kunos app. my tires were all low - both rears were 2psi down on where they needed to be! S-tracker can be found here: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/protyres-ini-lut-pack.18088/Either navigate through the link to individual files or go nuts and install the lot (I've always just grabbed what I need)

Thanks for the tips, Tim. Pro-tires is very useful. I finally downloaded it tonight and also I didn't have the correct tires pressure using AC app. I gained something, but the rest is due to my slowness. I was also in trouble during the championship with the GTA. However, I like these cars very much and they are enjoyable to drive.
The track is very beautiful. Really well done, it seems to really be in Lucca. The circuit runs alongside the city walls, which can be clearly seen.

I 'drove' the circuit in Google maps yesterday, the attention to detail is amazing! It's no surprise the track drives so well as a result

Spent a bit of time on this now and I'm only 7 secs off the pace so I'll give it a go.

Must confess I haven’t managed a single lap yet and only installed the track last night. Weather has just been too dam good to be indoors plus I’ve had two ACC events since Saturday. Will try and get on the server earlier than I normally manage

Mh.. My assumptions have been realised : that track only wanted to kill me. While being overtaken in one of those full thrttle curves I tried to stay as left as possible to avoid the contact but ended in a slight left side contact with the wall and then my car bounced like a cat on the opposite side, big crash in a house or something.. Then front left suspension was damaged so that the car was perfectly undrivable so I finnished the lap and tried to pit. BUT : Mechanics didn't even want to have a look at my suspension (I was too bad on that track to deserve it I guess ) Could someone tell me why ? How can I make them to repair and abort only if repairs are insanely long ?

what a nightmare evening! Hadnt touched the pc since this morning but had left it in sleep mode. When I re-awakened it I got a very suspicious screen pretending to be Microsoft so I rebooted the pc. Then had nothing but trouble with various devices for 20minutes. Bloody typical as I had tried to join the server at 7.30 to get some much needed practise in as I hadn't done any. Slowly got upto a semblance of speed to battle the midfield (lower numbers spoilt that too) but then in the race I just dropped back further despite setting green times lap after lap. but then about 30mins in my Rift lost all visuals again (happened a week or so ago), neither hand controller would work and the poxy 'guardian' message came up about setting your vr boundaries....total cluster f**k. So sorry if you wondered why my car was wedged into the Armco not moving, hope it wasn't in the way, I couldn't get any controls to work Night to forget.
