This is a new version of Mosport, which is (or should be!) identical to the version we've used before, except that the lap count has been adjusted in the UKGTR version so that timed races do not end short.Practice 1: | 20:30 | (15 mins) | Qual 2: | 20:45 | (15 mins) | Race: | 21:00 | (60 minutes) | note: no warmup | Cars allowed: Any GT1 or GTC from the v2.10.5.0 pack (download from here) Weather: dry. Track: UKGTR Mosport 1977 (v3.0. 1.0; download from here). In-Game Race Start Time: 14:00. Pit Stops: You must make a minimum of one pit stop during which you must take on at least 1 litre of fuel and/or change at least two tyres. You cannot take a mandatory stop at the end of the pace lap, or with less than 1 lap to go.Server: UKGTR Special Password: see aboveNotes:- Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKGTR Rules - especially the speed limiter starting procedure and the rules about in-game chat messages.
- You will not be able to join the server without v2.10.5.0 of the UKGTR car pack and track (see download links above).
You will not see skins without the optional skin pack. - Drivers are reminded that they must select ISDN as their bandwidth, otherwise the stability of everyone's connection will be reduced.
- Please use the Driver Details page to ensure that the league management software has your correct GTR2 'Driving Name' (not necessarily the same as your lobby name).

For this event we'll use an updated version of Mosport 1977 with the lap count corrected for timed races. Practice server has been updated.

Gotta say that its a pleasure to test a few GTC cars, with S11 in mind, as I'm not enjoying my time in iR land as yet. Whats a good GTC time? I've done a high 17 in the 997 cup but am wondering if its competitive, can't wait to give the Spyker a try. Again, this track is brilliant to hotlap in but racing, and mixed Hopefully a fullish crowd to really test it would be nice.

My best so far in the 550 is a 1:11.9 in race spec.

The Spyker is quite a bit quicker, around 3/4 of second, than the 997 around here for me. I thought it would be all grunt but it handles and brakes really nicely, in fact its very nice

Sadly I'll miss this race, have fun!

Rob kept losing connection & each time he rejoined I got kicked out. he lost connection with 44 secs to go. I said on TS "I hope you rejoining does not kick me out again as I wont have enough time to rejoin".... guess how that one ended. A total waste of the time I spent doing laps here as practice. Very not happy bunny.

That was shaping up to be a nice race, but then, I lost control. :'( Tried to get back to the pits but lost it again and got stuck in a ditch. Nice track, hard work with multi class format, but still fun. I did not notice any technical issues. Have a nice race all.
