Flippin night race, of course I didn't read the announcement. Missed braking points in the first couple of laps and got fed up. Kept getting stuck behind people on fast laps in qually, bah, not in the mood.

Didn't know it was a night race either. On the first lap, going towards the hairpin, there was suddenly a red car in the middle of the track. I swerved to avoid it and went on the grass on the right side of the track. I wasn't in full control at that point, and tried to slow down. Unfortunately I couldn't stop before the hairpin and t-boned someone there. Apologies for that. Of course in the sea of blue ferraris I didn't know who was my victim, so I slowed down until everyone passed me before continuing, On lap 4, I think, I was dq-ed. Not sure what that was about as I didn't see any warnings. I think my connection was ok tonight.

Spent an hour & a half getting my 2nd PC loaded with the game, the patch, the skins, transferring my PLR file, installing & configuring my wheel, loading & configuring teamspeak, testing everything offline.... & took the last free spot on the server with 8 mins to go of qually!!! Started 18th, was disappointed with time but chuffed under the circumstances. Pulled off & instantly made about 5 positions up. Then on at the hairpin my teammate warned me I was warping & as I attempted to pull off track I had contact with someone. Sorry who ever it was, I'm sure it was my fault if my car was warping. I've never suffered a warping car before & people started dissapearing/reappearing. Thought I'd follow the back marker from a safe distance as I'd made such an effort to be here & in case the problem sorted itself. Got round a lap & a half before I suffered my 1st ever "connection lost". What an evening! Gutted. Enjoy the race guys :'(

Apologies Syd, it was probably my red car that appeared... but on a plus note, it was probably me that you T-boned not somebody else. Sorry my fault entirely

Damn cut track warnings Got one early at T1 then a bit later I run wide at the final turn & get 2 in one go & an S/G Next corner (T1) get another, gave up in disgust. At least I kept up my 100% record of DNFs this season :'(

Usually means you're trying to join with an ip address that's already in use at the server end, e.g. after you've had a crash. Getting yourself a new address usually fixes it.

Great race , hadnt done any praccy except a bit before the race and pulled out a lucky lap in qually. Got a good jump off the line and managed to get a 6 sec lead whilst Madd and Bara scrapped for 2nd. Tried to keep it smooth through the traffic but the rear tires started to go and i couldnt pull he same laptimes no matter what i done , Bara soon loomed int he mirrors and he made a great pass round the out side at the hairpin . Tried to stay with Bara but started overdriving on the worn tires and Madd soon flew passed down the long straight. Then 2 laps towards the end bara Disco'd and handed the race to Madd. Very unlucky Bara and grats to my Teamie Madd on the win and SBG on third Cheers

Got round a lap & a half before I suffered my 1st ever "connection lost". What an evening! Gutted. Sorry to hear that. Know what you mean. Got a disco at Portland. Was really annoyed... Steady race which brought me from last in 1st corner to 15th.. and held the 275 on the road Glad we're back in Europe again. My american races were all cursed

I struggled to get any qually lap in, kept getting those bloody cut track warnings. Sorry to Wilts Tony for rear-ending you at the hairpin on lap 1, someone had wiped out my brake marker . Took me a couple of laps & near misses to twig what has happened.... After that I had some fun battles with Bill, until I had a couple of spins so I just kept plodding along, trying not to wipe out any of the lappers, although I had to jump onto the grass to avoid hitting pribeiro at the hairpin. The cut track warnings here are beyond a joke, I feel for those getting their races ruined by S&Gs Looking forward to see how the P&G version compares.

After a couple of poor and unlucky performances at Bayfront Park and Portland, I was glad to have a reasonable race at Hockenheim. I never really got to grips with the 275 and it showed with my quali performance, languishing down in 16th. The start went well and I gained 4 places on the 1st lap. I then got demoted to 13th a few laps later but held onto the place, enjoying a race long battle with Phil. The rest of the race was a matter of making sure I didn't get a stop/go from the irritating "cut corner" messages. One went on the second lap when I clipped the inside of the Nordkurve. Another popped up when I ran wide, lost time and exit speed; losing a place to Phil as well. Got rather ticked off by that. I re-passed Phil again at somepoint, when Ozzie joined the party and we breifly had a 3 car battle. On one lap Ozzie and Phil both passed me but Phil lost the back end of the Ferrari and I gained the place back. From then on, I was gaining places here and there, presumably from the harsh stop/go penalties. So I wound up in 8th which is quite a nice result even if it doesn't look it. The Österreichring should be a blast next week!
