From studying the replay I surmise that the correct results are
1 Mike Miller 2 Ade 3 Goldtop 4 Cinderby 5 Legzy 6 Tibernius 7 Syd Drake 8 Phspok 9 Veldhoven 10 WT 11 Eifelblitz 12 Bill Thomas 13 Sandor 14 Geoffers
Anyone disagree with that order?

From what your saying it appears that a certain number of drivers load then you get a CTD without warning. Is this what happens?
Did you get your cars from this site or from other places?
Yes, that is exactly what happens. I got all the addon-cars from the UK GTL web-site. I could try a total reinstallation of GTL, even though I don't see how it could help Stig As your problem has occured more than once and it's been identical each time, a re-install would be a strong first step to solving this, even if it's a pain to do.

Yep, As far as I know I ended above Bill on 12th spot . Think I was something like 15 secs behind Eifelblitz.

seems to be ok, but don't know who was behind me. Maybe Sandor was ahead of Bill. During practice I had strange experiences: Skins of some guys logging in to the game after myself didn't appear (for example: I was in the pits when Tony rejoined the game next to me after changing the car from the A110 to the Volvo and his car was only white. And there was the same phenomenon concerning PHSpok's Escort (yellow) and another A 110 which appeared simply orange). Assume that server had a flu too.

I think the problem with Geoffers mini was that it was added to the event mid practice. The best thing would have been to reboot the server and start again. I think we should rerun this race due to lack of results !!!! But then again I was the one that ran out of fuel. If we did a rerun I think the Mini would be the choice car, that 1310 is far to fast, I believe they got the physics wrong on this car it was not that fast in real life. I built one in my motor sport days and it was good for 110 mph tops I don't think it would beat the Escort in real life at least not on the straights.

I was in a white VOlvo not an escort. Bill's TR4 was white to me, maybe it was anyway? all other cars looked correct. I ran Volvo not out of self harm syndrome but because I was a second faster in it than the Escort. Plainly I was missing something with my escort setup or driving.... good fun al the same, was surprised to be passed on the straight by escorts which I had thought to be slower. WIll miss all races next week due to being stuck down in London.

Yep I saw you in the Volvo White with a green stripe I think. A brave choice electing to drive the Swedish tank you seem to like these heavy cars Phspok Jags & Volvo's.

Yes I was driving the White TR4 No. 44. Apologies to Syd, I wasn't trying a Matt Neal maneuver, you surprised me when you braked earlier than I anticipated and I couldn't avoid you. Sorry for ruining your race. Re Sandour, my Xd showed him at -1lap and then a time, also my pit board showed somebody behind me. Strange, I'm happy to be given last runner, I race for fun and take it one race at a time.

Hmm, yes I do seem to use the unwieldy choices I suppose.. Mostly i think it's just a desire to run "something else" I can't drive the 1310 min, it's like herding cats the way it wanders all over the track. Escort was nice, as was the TR4. 275 was quick for me but lumbered rather in the corners. I like the P1800s, and I used to work for guy who had one, so is a bit of nostalgia. I am not usually up for a win with the talent in here so I tend to drive whatever will give me a good race against my teamie Phil, or whatever is fairly fast and fun.

I actually quite liked driving the Volvo and got more used to it, the longer the race went on. Although I had two regrettable contacts early on. My excuse is that I hadn't realised from cockpit view, quite how long the bonnet was! So I apologise to the two victims who received a nurfing from me.
Following that I had a quiet race at the back but did get some excellent battles with Eifelblitz which was the best part of the night for me.
I'll be fixing the results either tonight or tomorrow.

This event initially looked like a potential win for me as I was getting 1.52's when practising off line, but I could not manage it in quali after changing the diff and softening the rear springs for a more comfortable set up but not ultimately fast. Started in P4 after Geoffers popped up in pole? Got a good start with Mike bogging down off the line and took a tight line into T3. Mike did ask post race "what happened at the start Mark" and on watching the replay we touched but I had no where to go as I was half a car length up the inside. As we excited T3 I kept a tight line but this time Mike I'm afraid you clearly turned in on m,e bounced off, and exited stage right. Its often difficult to gauge where people are when racing close side by side so I would not blame anyone personally I remember Geoffers was on the outside but he does not even show in the replay. Any way no hard feelings I hope. I then had some nice close racing with Ade catching and passing him, a rare occurrence for me, but very gratifying. Mike caught us both around 2/3rds distance but when he tried to pass me at T6 left we both out braked ourselves but I just managed to hold on to my Esc and escape Mikes clutches as he spun out. Mike was fast though and I new it was just a matter of time before he reappeared in my mirrors and sure enough some laps later he attacked again a T6 but this time made it stick. With 2 laps to go the fuel light comes on even though I put 28 laps worth in, I seem to recall Mike mentioning some thing about putting 30 laps worth in during practise and this now came back to haunt me, so pitted on 25 put a squirt of fuel in and went just in time to see Gold Top go by taking P3................Disaster had struck. :'( Congratulations on your podiums Mike, Ade, and Gold Top, particularly Mike whom was fast all race and just would not give on P1 well done mate.

My Dad used to own a P1800 Eatate. Very nice to look at but handled like a barge.

I hope we'll have replay and usual charts (positions, lap by lap etc.) because I don't know yet what happened during the first lap. Saw a lot of cars crashing, found me in something like 5th position and in the end of lap one I had the feeling of a contact from behind which forced me to a turnaround. So I found myself again in more common regions of the tableau...
'edit: watched my own replay and found that it was simply my own fault which caused my turnaraound at the end of lap one. Had Sandor in the Mini behind me but listed as first place ?!?'
Had a quiet race afterwards but in the end I had great and funny fights with Tony. Tried to overtake him once again in lap 24 but forgot worsened condition of tyres and brakes for another turnaround which left Tony ahead for good. After that I realized a very bare level of fuel so I slowed down for reaching the flag.
Wondrously I had to realise that I reached identical best laptimes in practice, quali and race of 1:56,7 each which obviuosly seemed to be my limit.
Ever fun to drive with you, guys.
See you next time.
