That was me John. I use XD and saw that there was nobody just behind you and just one lap to go. I didn't want to lose another lap, so I didn't move out of the way, and you didn't push the issue. If you tried to overtake, I wouldn't  have contested.

i second what Mogget said, Walter (or any other backmarker), very nice of you as it is, you really do not need to take to the grass to let lapping cars by. Just keep it steady, ease off the throttle, and let faster cars pass on the sensible bits of track. I felt almost embarassed when you threw yourself off the track each time i caught you.

Hope it was all ok for you phspok? I have tried to hold my pos for awhile but you are to fast for me :-) Btw i use the XD but it covered my mirror. Can i displace it? I use always cockpit view, therefore is the mirror important for me. Thx

I`ll tell you when i get back from Siberia.   

Joke aside, it is posible under xd.ini file. You can change position (values is in pixels on x and y axis) for any displayed hud also hide what you find as no need ...

I have just noticed that the WSL Racing Team has only been awarded Walter's points. Now, I was invited to join this team, but unfortunately it never seemed to work properly. Can someone add me manually? It would be nice if my points could be added to Walter's, since he asked me a couple of weeks ago....

Once again another really enjoyable event with a good selection of cars. Went with the Corvette as it was one that I hadn't driven seriously before, turned out to be quite competitive! 

Got a lousy start, too much right foot  , & was rather lucky to be 2nd at T1. John had already disappeared into the distance by then so I settled into 'conserve the car' mode as there was no way I could match his pace. Frex kept me honest for the first half of the race until I made a mess of the chicane & let him past. Probably could have retaken 2nd on the straights but Frex was quicker by this stage of the race so there was no point in hindering a fellow Kerbie. Just kept it on the black stuff the rest of the race & was very happy with 3rd place.

Congrats to John & Frex, cya next week.

Have you accepted the invitation?

If you messed up that invitation, you could always ask Walter to withdraw it and then issue another.

Ah, my little software mod worked then.

I think you must be responding to the invitation that I sent but I can't speak from authority because I have never received or accepted an invitation so I don't know what the process is.

I got the same invite and was also unable to accept or reject the offer, so seems something somewhere in the system is not working. Would have been happy to join you Walter btw, but am already in KC.

Try rejecting the offer.
Maybe if you never rejected Clives advances (just deleted or ignored in disgust ), the system is still waiting for your answer to that before it moves on.
Then you could try again & see if the invite takes you to decent team (@Clive )

I would need the offer to be sent again to do that. Like you said, I ignored the original offer in disgust
