This track is quite a bit different from the previous rounds and I'm already worried about my gearbox  Lips Sealed

BTW, 692 has a maximum moment of force at 7000rpm, so you don't need to hit maximum rpmsin all cases

Yeah I need to look at my RPM more, is there an app that easily shows the RPM?

I might be misunderstanding you then? What do you mean by an RPM app?
The rev counter has numbers on it that are enough to drive to if you want to achieve a set RPM for shifts?

Otherwise for setting gear ratios I just drive and then tweek until happy

Oh the actual rev counter in car...that's so 1980's  Grin. I have the cockpit cam which is the furthest forward, so don't think I can see it  Tongue.

practise server seemed set to just a practise sesh, then you had to reset it with a 3minute wait...for some reason. it wouldn't progress to qually. Maybe that's how you wanted it setup?

Nice combo, tricky though. Tongue

Not following you Mark, server should be on the usual 120 min practice, qual and a short race.

I am using a simple RPM meter , which in looks like overlay to AC circled rpm meter and have a simple digits in xxxxx format. No bars and indicators.
But it is a part of my global Baikal HUD app for fixed screen resolution. If you still wants it- i can  separate it to standalone app and give to you.
And there are many other styles in rpm meter exist in AC apps. Just look at RD or AC forum. Ex: http://www.assettocorsa.net/forum/index.php?threads/raceessentials-v1-4-9.41103/

Not sure what was happening earlier but it was definitely not progressing to next session and if I tried to use skip next session it reported a 3 minute wait. But server was fine later in night when I tried it for a few more laps  Smiley

The solitary red apex kerbs are nasty, can see people getting launched over them in the heat of battle  Shocked
Please tell me won’t need hards for this race  Sad

Ok. I separate rpm numbers indication to this small app. Try it, check size and say ok or not ( i can adjust sizes you wants)  Smiley
https://www.dropbox.com/s/523xy3tbfpb2ukq/MiniRPMv0.1.rar?dl=0
PS. You can easy do it by yourself, just edit in py file:
ac.setSize(appWindow, 40, 16)
ac.setSize(rpmInd, 40, 16)
ac.setFontSize(rpmInd, 13)
to any you want  Smiley This numbers is a screen pixels.
