If I have to check weather underground myself, where do I have to check in Belgium, as I don't know where it is ? [Edit] Found a place called "Spa" which I'm going for [Edit] [Edit2] What a crappy weather site . Doesn't show anything. I'd much prefer www.weather.com , they also give a description in words. Their forecast for today is: Today: "Rain showers this morning with overcast skies during the afternoon hours. High 56F. Winds SSE at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 40%." Tonight: "Cloudy skies with periods of light rain late. Low 48F. Winds S at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 80%." And now comes question 2. Do you use the weather of 2 pm (race time ingame) or 8 pm, the race time in real life of when the race is?

You can jump straight to the right reporting station using the links at the bottom of the event page. And now comes question 2. The live conditions when the weather file is generated, a few minutes before the race. But that will just set the initial conditions; after that the weather will change randomly. Even the admins won't know what it's going to do. One day somebody will build a racing sim which takes a live weather feed like Flight Sim does.

questions: while driving F550 a solid race pace on full fuel load would be...? Also, what wing settings are you guys using?

I've only managed a 2:16.5 in the 'Vette with wing 7. I just can't get my entry into the new Bus Stop right; I use a wide field of view and I just can't 'see' the line whilst braking.
If it looks like rain I will bump the wing up to 8 I think.

The lobby server seems to be down. Hopefully it will be back by the time the race comes round. Not much we can do till Blimey! / Simbin sort out their end.

I find that sometimes too. Either the softs are overheating or the balance of the car is better with fuel - somewhere like Spa with mostly medium to high speed corners balance is much more important than weight.

Will the practice server be running 'real time' weather or will that not happen until race time? Colin

Not until race time. There's no way to automate getting the generated weather onto the server just before each race unfortunately.
