All members welcome.

Practice: 20:15 (10 mins)
Qualifying: 20:25 (25 mins)
Race: 20:50 (33 laps = ~80 mins)

Track: Nurburgring GP
Cars allowed: Austin Healey 3000, Renault Alpine A110, Ferrari 250GT SWB, Ferrari 275 GTB/C, Jaguar E-type, Mercedes 300SL, Corvette and Shelby GT350.
Time of Day Setting: 18:00
Start: STANDING
Pit Stops: You must make a minimum of one pit stop during which you must take on at least 1 litre of fuel or change your tyres. You cannot take your mandatory stop at the end of the pace lap, or with less than 1 lap to go.

Server: UKGTL Classics Cup
Password: see above

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.ukRules.
(3) The season will be run using the UKGTL Skin Pack 1.6 which will need to be installed prior to racing; please get it from the downloads page.
(4) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read
Autopit="0"
Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off
No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car
(5) Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page

Lol. Not guilty, just coincidence this time Smiley Surprised we haven't seen this standard track a bit more and it looks stunning in late night setting.

Just remember this track is very poor on FPS in GTL. Frames half on the main straight compared to the rest of the track, even on big PC's. So please don't make that worse with certain time of day settings Smiley.

Yep, we did realise that JR and did extensive testing on my rig which is hardly top spec anymore. However, could people try this before the date and if ANYONE is struggling with FPS with a 18:00 kick off tell us here and we will change it. It does look very nice, but I don't think its worth one person missing out?

Awesome! I love this track. Have done countless laps around Nurby Short in the Alfa, and while GTC's aren't quite as much fun, one of the Fezzas should prove very entertaining around here.

What's the difference between them though? I guess I have to download that SWB version?

Yes! Tongue

I'll be driving the Alpine, it's the closest to an FWD car out of that list. Wink

I'm sure me taking the Healey will be seen as a massive surprise and in no way regarded as predictable.

Will try the Merc since I haven't been able to drive with the top open due to prolonged winter weather ...  or the Car-Without-Brakes.

Due to scheduling messups at work, there's a chance I may be able to participate in a full Endurance race.

choices, choices.... Undecided

For me, it'll be either the E-Type, Healey or Fezza, i need to run some laps in them all and decide.
