Refused to change my car choice so out came the Vette round Philip Island and I was very surprised to do a 52.1, less than a second off my TVR time from last season. Phew, thought all those long corners would murder it. But the tyres are gonna be a mess after 5 laps or so, huge long sustained powerslides out of the corners are pretty punishing. Think you're right Ian, Philip Island is a great track and it was the TVR that probably put many off. I'm not really so bothered about Enduros, I can never concentrate that long but I am looking forward to this!

I found that the Alpine does drift quite a lot; I have a feeling it's because there's little downforce at the rear of the car. It was drifting almost every corner in Porto.

Online praccy @ 10:30(ish) tonight, highest standards of gentlemanly conduct expected (not). I'll be online a bit earlier then that, as Mrs Legzy wants Baby Legzy on a 'routine' that means racing at 10:30 can be a bit sticky for me. Any of you folk out there that have kids already, will know how key it is to get baby into a solid routine I found that the Alpine does drift quite a lot; I have a feeling it's because there's little downforce at the rear of the car. It was drifting almost every corner in Porto. It's a mental drive! But sadly I think that with the opposition cars it's going to be up against here, it's just well outclassed on this faster track, it needs the twists & turns to have a chance.

At the lobby do a search for the Phillips Island circuit. There shouldn't be too many. One of them will be this leagues. Another of them will be the Prodigy server, no password required.

I must point out to the Prodigy server admin that it would be useful if it actually said something like "TP" at some point in the server name...I can never find the bloody thing.

Yeeha, Finally got connection on my game-PC . Had to drill big holes into 2 ceilings but made it to the second floor And now i have to keep my fingers crossed about stability and ping for my new ISP. So , with no practice at all for the last 4 weeks i'm gonna be there tomorrow. So Legzy (thanx for the mail) , if you wanna race me you have to go very slow. Cheers all

Might join you there PR as I couldn't face the shame of that

Peter Perfect in the Turbo Terrific or maybe Rufus Ruffcut in his Buzz Wagon 1.52 and a bit in the Compact Pussycat .
