Not sure Napo. What does this headlight mod do? If it makes it easier to see in the dark then it will be for everyone else.... is that fair & in the spirit of this league?  Undecided (I'm not saying it's not, it's just a question)

It does not cause any mismatch or anything like that, it's a .dds file if I recall. Basically it lights up a little bit further. And anyone can get it if they so choose I can provide the link. I used it in an alms league as it did help with those speeds as I was driving a prototype car.

Headlight mod I used in the alms league:

You only need the physics pack, check the version is v2.9.5.1 and if you've got multiple installs you've installed it to the correct one. It's a standard track so no need for the track pack here.

If all that fails, perhaps try a fresh install to a new location and try again.

I've just been on the practice server with no problems, but there seems to be a few people being booted. Maybe someone with more knowledge than me can chip in to help.

Cheers Napo. Do you know if it has any impact on frame rate? My PC is not the quickest & every frame counts for me.

I'm not sure I have a fairly new pc so I'll never notice anything as I also run V-sync on, but after trying the track at 5:00 am local time it's not even dark enough to need headlights to drive in it. Altho it is darker.

Can't join server, does not recognise correct password... just kind of times out. Only seven people on server. I've reset my router.

Legzy, still practice server so usual practice password. It works I've just been on.

Syd, I've also just been booted as a cheat with the new pack. This was using the Team Shark TVR. I changed to the Morgan and got straight in, the TVR now connects as well  Undecided Perhaps try a different car, especially a stock GTR2 one if you're still having problems.

I just did a fresh install. Now I can join (I'm driving a stock 360 Modena BTW). I still have one issue to resolve. I have the rev and gear indicator in the lower right of my screen. I want turn it off, but I don't want to turn off the whole hud, just that part. I know it's possible, ad that is how it looks in my old install, just don't remember how I did it. Pic attached, part that needs to be turned off is beneath the car.

blinking heck what a tough race that was  sweatdrop  I dont think ive ever fought so hard and so continuously in an endurance race before, 80mins of breakneck sprint pace  Shocked

Qualied a good 6th with a new PB in the 41's (was 5th until last few seconds !)

Race was mental close battle for first 45 minutes in a tough fight with extremely quick guys like Lazlow, Busi, Napo, Roadrunner and TT for 4th-9th positions with all of us changing positions throughout. Unfortunately for me they each finally got past and with only a lap or two to go before my pitstop i did the fateful double downshift and span it  :'(
Second half of the race after my stop was like another new race against different people who were nowhere near us in the first half  Huh
I found myself embroiled in another tough battle with Picnic,Spanner, Prof and weirdly TT again ?
Two stupid annoying spins saw me finish the race in a crappy 11th place, a real disapointment after my early pace, but i just couldnt match my pace in the second half and was struggling on worn tyres towards the end.

Demon drives upfront from Gazza, Purds and H@L  thumbup1

On a bit of a sour ending there was some extremely bad cutting going on tonight, with some cars repeatedly getting all 4 wheels off the track, and i dont think some of the guys up ahead would have finished where they did with cut-warnings in place...why wern't they? But it also has to be said that rising sun didnt help at T1 in the late stages  Shocked

crazy race haha!

Was so much fun once again to try and fight faster cars in my Gillet. Also this time I had a very long 1st gear so I was struggling a lot out of the hairpin - lesson learned.

I qualified 3rd but unluckily Napo spun me in the first lap (no prob mate thanks for waiting Smiley) then my fights were with TT, Roadrunner and more peeps. I ran wide when letting RR through. Then fought with Napo and more guys.

After the pistops I was 6th trying to pass Lazlow. Made a mistake when I'd just outbraked him into T2... lost 10 seconds but pushed hard again. RR came out of the pits just ahead of me, we both passed Lazlow (that was my overtake of the race, sliding while overtaking at the chicane LOL).

RR pulled away in the much faster Z4 and it looked like a comfortable 5th place to me... too comfortable... I made the dumbest mistake by going off at Sacks corner and spent over 10 seconds getting out of the beach Roll Eyes Lazlow and Napo passed me (sorry for my bad rejoining Napo, thats why I let you through). 7th place... could've been better but pretty happy. So funny that race! Grin

For the most part that was good fun. Couldnt believe how close everyone was in qually and slowly managed to get up to 8th which was as good as i could have hoped for with 15mins to go, and bloody spun it :'( :'(

Good racing guys, I had to get by you Prof and realised the hairpin was my only chance!

Great race Grin

Very happy to get 3rd. My best result in this championship. I tried to keep up with Pudie but, he was too fast and after about 10 laps my tyres began to ware.

In the second stint I was wondering when everyone else would stop. RoadRunner especially. LOL.

Well done other podiums Wink

Yeah, I knew that Picnic... if I enter the wrong password it tells me so, if I enter the correct password... it thinks, then acts like I did nothing.  Huh

I abandoned my PC & shoved everything to one side (breaking a flat screen in the process Roll Eyes), set up my old PC, patched it up, transferred my race setup (that I'd spent 20 mins on last Friday)... got in straight away during pracci! Just adds to the mystery  Undecided

Wheel was configured with totally different rotation 360 v 180 degrees & I shot the front soft tyres very quickly... pitted on lap 16 with tyre wear at 36!!! Shocked It was a shock because obviously it was high, but I had no PD program & no XD program to keep an eye on. Pitted, kept my rear softs & stuck mediums on the front. They just about lasted to the race end... but I got out of this race what I put in (i.e. not a lot)

p.s. sorry for the fright TT, I had two wheels on the grass as I let you past (I was suffering a moment of poor& just couldn't brake... I was left with the choice of take you out or hit Esc... not a tough choice mate... but I accidentally hit Esc  Wink

That was an exhausting race. Very often in Endurance races I find myself in 'no man's land' twenty or more seconds behind and ahead of the nearest people. Not tonight. It was eighty minutes of nose to tail racing and I would like to thank all those (many of you) who made the racing so entertaining this evening for me. Hard, fair racing by all.

Congrats to the podium - not that I saw much of you!
