The guys who won the spint were only a second a lap faster than you and most here have been sim racing for years. Also, props for practising. It's a pain when people turn up having not spent any time getting comfortable with the car and being way off the pace. 1:43 is a good pace and should see you involved with some battles. Couple of tips: - Get the pit stop right. You can save so much time in the pit lane. - If you get lapped, be predictable. Either hold your line or change your line with plenty of time in hand. - Remember - cold brakes at T1! Gd luck

Well...not a happy bunny...reasonable qualy...ran into Jure up at end of hanger strait, he slowed a little more than i thought an just caught the back of him...so my bad, caught up to Jure again, with a C6R and Syd...looks like they started bouncing off each other a little, anyhow, was along side one of em through woodcote, he came across, hit me once to often, so had a 360 right on exit of woodcote, barely had time to get a gear before GT2`s arrived an the inevitable happened, so sorry Dan M

what a gutting way to go out of what was an absolutely excellent race in GT2. Got punted off by a GT1 car right left rear sheared off and race over whilst 2nd in GT2 :'( Bugger. To say i am mildly annoyed is an understatement. An hours worth of hard work battling Legzy and Purdie wasted.

Really enjoyed that tonight, although I spent most of my time battling with the front end of the GT2s. Hope I didn't annoy you too much Ginsters Had a couple of lucky escapes, completing 2 laps while going backwards. Thankfully I managed not to collect anyone , but I'm sure it took a couple of people's attention There were a few nasty crashes in front of me, one on the last lap coming out of Abbey. Couldn't see who was involved but it looked like a sad end to the night for somebody.

That could have been so much more fun. No idea what happened to Dan, all I know is it wasn't his fault and ruined what could have been a great race. Gotta doff my hat to Dan for pulling over when I kinda hinted in chat. You were smoking terribly and it was impossible to follow you at all. Gotta say that some of the GT1 driving was rather sketchy. Don't think anyone has a problem mixing it with GT1's (that was great fun Goldtop ) but not when it would be pass, crash and re-pass from those clearly overdriving. The ones doing the lapping were great Suffered another ruddy PC lock up and massive trip session again and just glad I limped home after that. No idea if the Gallardo is too fast to be honest. I tried a few cars and was fastest in 430 initially, into 46's with little practice, so chose the Gallardo cause no else has and its fun. If its too fast next time out, I'll choose something else. Highly recommend it though Congrats to the podiums and adam for a solid debut Sorry to Shark for messily letting you past late on but I was seeing all sorts of things thx to my graphics card and it didn't make it easy.

Great race tonight and good way to complete my first year driving in the UKGTR league. In a packed grid I was really racing Mcfids, Craske, Syd Drake and Adam Overland tonight. I qualified in front due to a lucky lap..but once the race started it was clear that Mcfids had just a bit too much race speed for me today and quickly got past. Great drive Mcfids. Your going to take some catching now After Mcfids went into the distance it was between me and Craske. Craske went past when I ran wide with Jure 20 mins in. I managed to nick a bit of time back in the pits but once the second half settled down it was a fantastic chase to try to catch up with Craske who seemed to make very few mistakes. In the end we finished within 2 sec of each other. Nice one Craske. The depth of quality on the grid just seems to get better and better. I finished 6th in my first race a year ago. A finish like that now seems very unlikely. Congrats to the podiums and to Adam O on finishing his first race.
