Well I'll be taking the Falcon for this as I think it's a great car to drive. Me too, brilliant fun around here. I'll be in the horrible purple & yellow one

Ian and Madd were on the server last night, in a selection of old bangers, and were trading times in the 2:16s so my 2:18.3 with the Gr5 Mustang shouldn't cause too much of a stir.

Sadly I'll jump even this one... Hope that some VDA mates will join this race, but I'm not sure it will happen. Good luck to all drivers for this evening, hope to see you soon on the track! Bye bye

No racing for me either tonight chaps. Family matters have priority. Have fun all and good luck everyone.
Cheers, Seniordan.

I'd try installing the track pack to your GTR2 file and then just copying the UKGTR Monza track from the GTR2 Locations folder to the PnG Locations folder.

Your a hero Tudor. You will also be pleased to hear that I've done some practice starts with the AI and my Mustang is fairly flying off the line. I've also discovered that the braking distance for the first chicane on full tanks and cold tyres could be expressed in light-years. We may need a pace car whilst they sweep up all the headlight and taillight glass.

How many cuts before the stewards throw you out? I think I remember 2 is ok and the 3rd your booted. Is that right?

You get 2 warnings Mike, if you cut again you receive a stop/go and if you fail to serve this within 3 (I think) laps you get the boot. Edit: oh and I think for subsequent cuts you will receive another stop/go without any further warning not that I have any experience of this you understand

At the start of a race, the lights go out and everyone sets off as quickly as they can. What's so difficult about this Once again I'm faced with a stationary car right in front of me with nowhere to go

Wasn't me! wasn't honest!!!! That should have been a lot easier than it was thanks to my own mistakes and what I can only call a monster screen pause. Well done Paulo and Geoffers. Thought I had got it back there Geoffers. First I couldn't find the right blade of grass to apply the brakes going in to Parabolica, which let Paulo through but the Gr5 power recovered that for me. Then the, just when I though I had found the groove the screen stopped moving for about a second in the middle of the last chicane. In the gravel and Paulo went past for keeps. I might have recovered again were it not for the attentions of Geoffers who managed to nip past into Parabolica on the last lap after I had made a complete horlicks of the last chicane. Thought I had got my nose in front at the line but sadly not. Great fun. Grats podium. What was Legzy doing in the pits?

Well that was as dull and boring as i expected it to be for me. Am sure the fast guys at the very front had a blast but for almost everyone else it was more like an exercise in brake management rather than racing. I dont think i had a single on track battle with anyone other than trying to maintain distance forward and aft. Whenever a Falcon was able to close, it just breezed past me down the straights and the poor little fezzas were totally outclassed unless alien driven. Big apology to Legzy who was the unfortunate victim of my only spin of the race on lap 13?. Got a big tank slapper in parabolica and was just a passenger. Sorry mate. Also seemed to have contact with Lazlow early on but i think that was just his alien style flick braking into lesmos? I only had a contact sound as i tried to avoid your perpendicular rear end. Sorry if it was me, wasnt sure hence letting you back past later. Had a good start and spent all my race in 9th until just before i crashed out with Legzy. Didnt mind retiring as wasnt enjoying it at all. Oh well, onto IROC at Barber next
