Dammit. Sorry Tony. Rookie error, I should have just stamped on the brakes, not swung back on the track. Hope it didn't ruin your race.

Oh Dear!
Sounds like it's down to Stig and Syd to uphold SBRC honour!
After a week of purgatory in the gutless wonders I get a decent start to the race and a screen freeze on lap 2!

that was a great little event, Cadwell is perfect for these old timers Would have preferred a bit more guts in the cars but still great fun and good close racing and chasing Seemed to keep rising to 6th place, then drop 1 or 2 to 8th then back up again all through the race. Great battles/chases for long spells with Fulvio and Matt Legzy popped up a couple of times but then binned it Great pace up front i was doing regular 1:43's in the race but couldnt make any ground on the top 5 at all. Nice to see a good turnout too...20 cars Congrats to Ade for a great win and the rest of the podium.

Great car/track combo for this one & boy was it rewarded with the turn out! Don't think I've seen a 20 car grid @SROUK for about 18 months!

Unlucky Clive. I had a brief "I can save it" moment after making the slightest of mistakes going over the crest & down the hill. I really should learn to ignore those - spun and collected Tony on the way back. Gutted. Great pace by the way, Ade Much faster than I could manage in the Mini earlier.

Great racing .... at touch of DTM race this time .... swapped paint with quit a few racers At some point I was in last position, but I crawled back, and had a great time doing so. I'll be on vacation for the next 3 weeks, so have some more fun, while I do some really dangerous driving: I'll be touring the highways of Poland for 2 weeks ! Stig

That was a lot of fun A great track/car combination this as it relied on keeping up momentum through some tricky corner combinations. One small error from the driver in front and it was just a case of cruising past and giving them a little wave as you went by I fell off early on but had some fun chasing back, until I fell off again and again Heartening to see such a good turnout Congrats to Ade for very impressive win in the Mini and thanks all for an enjoyable night's racing.

bimbo nos though his profile says he's not been active for months.... Yes it's "bimbo nos". Thx Legzy Grats to ade for his pace with mini About my race, no comment... After I cought Clive freezed at the long right corner of first sector, I started to push to close the gap by the guys in front, but after some good laps in row, I tapped Marco and I had to wait him... Other 8-9 seconds lost... Then I was pushing again, but after a couple of laps I spun at the fast chicane of the third sector... other 25 seconds lost... Another "dark" race for me... Cu for the next and grats again to ade and Massimo

Apologies to Tony for that nudge off onto the grass. Felt my car was quicker at that stage, having been unsuccessful at turn one and lost momentum I made an effort to pass you before that down hill dip. Nudged you off but thought you'd regained control again before that left hander at the bottom, hope your exit left after that was not caused by my actions. Once again sorry Tony.

Thanks Mark/Mike for the track car combination - brilliant. Had a few weeks, before Monday night was GTL night, with Gamers Crib with a selection of lower powered cars on standard tracks for 6 lap races. It was good fun with close racing but not well attended unlike here, biggest field we've had for ages. I think this version of the Mini is the best of the various Sim Formats I've driven.
I think that's the best I've ever achieved here - driven GTL, mostly DNFs, got behind the Armco at the start of the Start Finish Straight a couple of times. Practice went very well new PB, nearly 3 secs faster, qualification was only a few tenths slower. Made poor start, car in front slow away. There was action virtually for all my 22 laps. Managed to avoid most of the incidents without losing to much momentum and gained quiet a few places before I braked and turned in too late for the left hander, at the bottom of the dip, spinning onto the grass. Down to last I think before I got back up to speed. After that gradually move up field with drivers dropping out. Had a few incidents trying to allow other drivers take the racing line and accidentally running onto the grass.
A very absorbing and entertaining nights driving. Once again apologies to Tony.

Who's this "Mark" character.... Uhh, I made a horrible start, I think I didn't see the lights, and was very slow away. Sorry to anyone who had to take evasive action.
