Excellent car and track combo tonight, well done Matt Qually was a great battle with the top 8 all within a second I think. Qualied 6th and hoping for a great race and potential top 5 finish. Sadly, it all went pear shaped Got away well and had good first lap but then Big apology to frex who I rear ended on the dipper turn 5-6 under hard braking. I moved offline and let the whole field by and waited for Frex. :'( Carried on with good pace catching the rest and soon worked my way upto 10th after a few good battles. Then after a several lap tussle with Rob Beck I hit his rear end in the same corner as I had hit Frex, couldn't believe it as I pride myself on non contact in this series ,so sorry to Rob for the hit. Wasn't happy with myself and now almost back of the field again as I waited for him to rejoin. Then oddly when I re-caught him and hoped for another battle, he quit It was so sudden I thought I was suffering connection problems so eased right off the throttle in case I hit an invisible car. That left me about 10 secs adrift of the nearest guys in front but I was hopeful of catching them with my good pace here tonight, until with about 8 laps left I got spat off the kerb on the final corner and nosed up to the Armco. Frex sped past and clipped my rear wing leaving me with a crabbing Fezza for the remainder of the race and no chance of gaining any places. So all in all a bit of a disaster considering how good my Fezza felt still somehow blagged 10th place. Congrats to John, Legzy and GT on their fast paced podium

Never comfortable at Mosport as it's so easy to faff it all. Wasn't sure what final ratio to go with for the race and eventually chose too short which gave me no flow through the corners. Had a quick start to take the lead, but ran wide after a couple of laps putting me back in 5th or 6th Eventually managed to get back to 3rd and was content just to drive to the line with no further dramas. Congrats to John for another win and to Legzy for a very impressive 2nd place in the awful E type. I'm sure Mrs Legzy will be thrilled to hear all about it

Mark, I think that the Jag has to slow down a bit more for corner entry, and it is difficult not to get too close. I almost did the same thing a few laps earlier. Unfortunate accident though.

Big apology to frex who I rear ended on the dipper turn 5-6 under hard braking. No worries Mark - I knew this wasn't going to be my night when I joined the server and realised (not for the first time..) that I'd been practising in the wrong car Quickly rejoined in the 911 and tried to put some laps together, only to get a disco. Then it was teatime. Had about 5 mins at the end of qually to get some laps done, and actually the car felt great! But 2 accidents early on in the race, a wheel on the grass and spin whilst going side by side with an E-type and finally a pc crash at about half distance meant this was not the best race for me.. Sorry if I clipped you as I exited the last corner - I saw you stopped across the track and just picked a side to go by; actually thought there was no contact in fact, but apologies if so.

I was struggling for grip in the turns on the Jag's hard tires. Lost track of how many races in a row I've been punted off track. I really like this sim, but I feel like giving up at this point.

Please submit incident reports. They will be reviewed and action taken if found necessary.

Had a good race last night, did the whole race with no mistakes ( unusual for me, lasted less than a lap the last race) and found the 911 a nice easy car to drive. Heart in the mouth finish with Walter closing on me the last 8 laps but just made it at the line. Really enjoyed last night , thanks to the server and those that took part, Bob.

Sorry for the no show, guys. I got distracted by a problem with the FreeView TV box, and by the time that I had finished it was too late!

Good fun last night. Not a huge amount of action, but having Legzy as my shadow for almost the whole race made it interesting. Good driving, Legzy

Results and Replay PostedWas stuck on a train from London so missed the race shame as I was looking forward to this one. Looks like most people had fun. I am concerned about Robiker's incidents. I will have a look at the replay, and maybe put in an incident report myself. I looked at his previous off at Lakeside (Though I made no report myself) and that may have been just because he was being correctly cautious into T1 and the guy behind was not... no excuse but it happens, what was particularly naughty was that the guy who hit him made no attempt to wait. It doesn't matter who's fault you think it it is, if you knock someone off you wait or take a stop/go, simples. We historically pride ourselves on being a bunch of good clean drivers in this series. If people are being put off because of reckless driving by some, it is "dissapointing"

@Matt, Robiker did file an Incident Report for that bump at Lakeside and it has been moderated.
@Drivers, if you have been hit, spun, whacked, nudged etc and your alleged miscreant didn't slow down to let you regain your place, then please file an Incident Report. We will investigate the situation and award heavy penalties against those that have found to transgress.
(Drivers can elect to take a drive through penalty, within three laps after a collision, rather than slowing to let a victim pass).

And now I feel like giving up, since you (without naming) singled me out, after my 300+ races vs. a guy with 18 races in SRou. And I did initially slow down after incident at lakeside, but then remembered that someone long ago (probably Phill Thornton) said it's better to not slow down and cause another incident with cars going around you, but leave it to mods. And I didn't protest in anyway my penalty. And if one guy is involved in many accidents, it's probably that guys fault rather than everybody else's.

Unofficial LapChartGreat race where I could hold a steady pace in a 911 and finished in the same lap as the leader.. felt like a victory Drivers who are about to give up: please take into account it was a difficult, narrow track with cars which do not handle the rises and falls in the track very easily. Congrats to the podium.

This track is very very beautiful...and Ferrari is a good car
in qualy, my best times were always slower than the top drivers, and i hard achieved the 8th position. with an amazing start i get 2 positions immediately. During the race, the top pace were too high for me, and finally, when crossing the finish line, i achieved a very good 4th position,
thanx for funny, mates.

I'd like to learn from my mistakes. If anyone can explain to me what I did wrong in this race, or last week's race. or at Lakeside, I would appreciate it.
