Greg...  The wife ordered in some Aspirin via Amazon today and I'll try a tab tomorrow.  Thanks for the tip.  Hope it does the job.  Something that I noted earlier today was that in my many trips out onto the back deck to catch a smoke from the house I rent here in Oshawa is that I typically open and close the sliding door with my left hand.  It does, at times, require significant effort.  As of today, I'm starting to let my right arm/hand do the lion's share of the work to spare my left arm.  Fingers X'd that it helps, too.

Thanks for the kind words all, I wasn't retiring from the series because of what anyone said or punishment. I was just very disappointed in myself for forgetting and would not want to be a hazard to others on the start. I will try the next race, but if I forget again I'm finished. Can't make the next race, but I'll see you after that one.
