No, it's not Tripoli.  And yes, I can understand your concern as there are several which are so similar in name and configuration.

If you access the championship page showing points scores where I'm currently listed as P2 in the standings...shameful plug, that; Smiley...and run your cursor over the third flag in the columns, you'll see that it reveals the track to be used is Carhage(1935).  The GPL track folder would be 'carta35'.
