I  have always understood that it is "at the drivers discretion" whether or not to have the pitwall in place.

The absence of a pit wall will not stop you from joining the race but anybody seen by the moderators miraculously driving through the pit wall on the server replay will be disqualified.ms

I read this as it being OK to join without the pit all but to do so was at yer own risk of being DQ'd  if seen to drive through it .

Some had trouble replacing said wall,  as was the case with at least one driver in the Ams race who discussed the matter in chat but was unable to resolve the problem and was told to join the race regardless but was warned not to cross the line   

N.B. my own wall was fully intact having spent the previous evening building it

You can't actually prove he didn't have the wall in place unless he crossed it on the replay.  Everything else is just words, even if it's from Nige's own mouth (fingers).

Hristo is quite correct. There is no way of knowing for sure if anyone does or does not have the pitwall in place, unless they are seen to drive through it on the server replay.

Mike = I;ve changed my mind - disqualify all the drivers you even SUSPECT of not having a wall - I might get a podium here.

BTW - I definitely had a wall and I can prove it - ha.

what should be a competitive time for anderstop?
id did test race with Ai, but seems on that track all virtual drivers are slow and after 2 laps going mad... crashing in T1 one behind other

I've done ten laps or so and I haven't changed my gears yet which will gain me a second maybe and I am lapping at about 1:47-1:48. So the quick boys will be doing 1:42-3 I would guess. Maybe quicker - I find this one quite tricky. I think the WR is something like 1:39.

There is very little grip. I avoid the ridges in places so the marked race line ain't always the best. Set up - well I tried a downloaded one (desperate now you see) from Clutch's favourite Sim Racing race engineer & couldn't get below 1.42.  My own set up is a bit erm.... odd but if you were in UKGPL last season have a look at what you were driving at Westwood.
Ok I can get in the 1.41's for qually, but I'm inconsistant so it'll be embarrasing if I can't on race night now. The top two( you know who ) will be in the 1.40's at a guess & if it's 1.39's :'(.

Well, you are a pretty pessimistic chap Norm...if it's 39s in one of the saloons is a WR or there about , by the way! But yes, it is a tricky track, I agree on that. And dont forget there might be a problem with tire temps during the race, which would be a first with me...
