Races 4 and 5 for Novices and Intermediates

I have modified the race schedule so that Spa is now Race 4 and Riverside is Race 5. This is so that the Papy tracks are spaced out.

Riverside was tested last night and should be a more forgiving (but testing!) race for the Novices with enough interest for the Intermediates.

The Pro schedule is unchanged which means that for Race 4, Syracuse remains on the Pro schedule, for the time being at least.
