I think there are too many drivers here, and i dont want to take place of other peoples that want only fun like me.

Alex, Mark, keep the registrations, if you don't choose to race you don't take the space but feel free to turn up on Tuesday's at nine and see if the grid is full or not. I suspect it won't be. Registrations are one thing, turning up another. We find life gets in the way for about a third of the drivers.

The math is not an opinion, Badblood: there are 18 drivers who will do all the races and 7 who have indicated "less than 75%" just because they know cannot play all the races; at best, there will be 2-3 free places for R1, and it's not nice to leave someone out, whatever is the selection criteria adopted. Pre-season fun races have confirmed this situation. There is no problem for us, we are registered in both Pro and PSC and we will have fun anyway. |

Last season atleast 2 of these didnt show at all for not one race...Im too lazy to check, but anything above half to two thirds of registered showing up was rarity. 65's novice was most full, and that is split on intermediate and novice now. Fun races were for drivers from all abilities... only league season like that is porcshe, and that is on two servers... well, and Historic, with tracks so hairpulling that often only 2 or 3 drivers finish... well, and GT's, if you can make you way through the team labirynth... |

I hope you don't. Yes we have 18 full timers and 7 reserves signed up which means anyone who has indicated over 75% attendance is guaranteed a drive. In reality you very rarely get everyone registered turning up, we had 27 signed to the Novices last season and I believe there was only one occasion where someone who wanted a drive missed out. IF Historics does turn out to be oversubscribed plans are afoot to run a second 'fun' event at the same time so that at least any dissapointed reserves can have a race. In the longer run if we are regulary getting enough wanting to drive this mod we would of course consider opening up two championships a la the 67's and 65's but it is too early to call that. The gist is I really reccommend you stick with it, if people are put off by the potential numbers and don't sign then neither the fun event or potential extra championship would ever happen. I've not taken you and Mark off the list yet but if you would still like me to do so please let me know... |

Thats one race from the 80 championship races held by UKGPL in season 21.... I think everyone will get a drive ok |
