Is there an application that allows you to calculate fuel consumption?

I'm not aware of one. I usually do 4 or 5 laps in qually, make a note of the fuel I used then to a simple calculation to estimate how much I would use for the race distance and then add a gallon (about 4 litres). I've only ever short fuelled my self once but I'm always a bit conservative and generally finish the race with a bit of fuel to spare. A more accurate way of estimating fuel consumption would be handy.
