Well, Not my finest hour I guess. Really sorry about the mayhem at Eau Rouge. It became a Pinball simulation and ended the race of a number of drivers. Not really sure what would have made it any better. (Other than not crashing in the 1st place). I couldn't just sit there after the crash. Had I ended up off track then yes, but parked stationary on track on the climb up from Eau Rouge wasn't going to make it any better either.
Don't really know what else to say but obviously apologies are in order, even if only to say sorry for putting a wheel on the grass in the first place..
As far as the incident with Francesco at the Masta Kink. I consider I was through. I frequently glanced right on the approach and couldn't see him. From the replay I was visible from his cockpit looking straight ahead (With Default FOV). I fully expected him to follow me through and retake the position on the run down to Stavalot.
But either way I'm sorry it ended his race.
As I said in the Rouen thread. That was my last 67 outing for a while and likewise this was my last run in the 55's.
Sadly my wife is very ill and more and more of my time is now spent caring for her. I may appear for the odd race if it's a track I'm familiar with but it's unlikely I'll be doing much GPL in the forseeable future.
Hopefully 2020 will be a better year.

John.
