If you are using win10 be sure you have the outbound connections allowed for the specific gplxx.exe you have. I'll send you some screen or a procedure.

EDIT: Ok, you have win7; try this:

Control Panel --> System and Security --> Firewall --> On the left side Advanced Settings.

Click on Outbound rule on the left , then " new rule". Click on program, select the .exe of 1968 early mod when requested and click on "allow connection". I'm trying to attach images but i can't, sorry

Thanks, i did. I made complete deactivation of firewall, added exceptions for every needed port, nothing. Cant set up my Wi-Fi router yet, maybe through it problem could be solved.
