Anyone know the correct path to set in GEM for GRE  ?

I,m using C:\ GPL secrets \GPL setup manager \Gpl setup manager .exe   ( syntax may not be correct )

When I press EDIT button it takes me to GPL race screen , can't figure what's wrong

Whatever I try the same thing happens . press EDIT button sends me to GPL67 front page . I have tried moving GPL Setup Manager out of GPL secrets folder into C:\ root directory and get just the same result .
