Season 44 – 1967 F1 Privateers Championship

This season, races are to be run at 60fps – please use this patch 60fpsV2newmod. If you have issues read fester's post.

Drivers must complete 50% of each race to score.

The races will be run as follows:

Car set: 1967 F1 only.
Date: Every second Sunday from 14th January 2024
Time: No later then 9:00pm UK Time (30-60 mins practice, race starts at 9:30pm)
Race Length: 50 minutes
Damage Model:  Pro

Handicapping
A tokens system will be used with drivers being awarded tokens for starting the season and for starting each race. Each car will cost a number of tokens per race.

Drivers are reminded that Lap 1 incidents carry an extra 1 place penalty.

Only reported incidents will be moderated.

The Privateers and Works races are run at the same time on separate servers. So you can only enter one of them.

If you enter one and after a couple of rounds you find you are too fast or too slow you can always swap. However, if you do that you can't carry over any points, you have to start again.

IMO judging by your performance at Reims, I'd say you are quick enough for the Works.

OK, I've removed you from the 67 F1 Works and actioned your 67 F1 Privateers registration. The F2 is a single class (there isn't a separate Works and Privateers) so you will be competing with everyone in that championship.

Your choice Dimi. Though I think Phil is correct. You are easily fast enough for the works 67F1
