I had a comfortable gap to Fulvio which I was able to manage over the last few laps as he was fighting with this other guy.
But then Tom came into play, for whom I opened all the barn doors for almost half a lap expecting he will pass quickly and and I can go on,
but he didn't (couldn't) use the opportunities until I was completely out of rhythm and hit the grass... Shocked
I hadn't seen the action Fulvio had commited out of the hairpin, so was wondering what was going on. I had seen blue flags and had to let Tom by...

What really p..d me were the comments after the race from people not understanding what had happened.
I waited to comment until I had talked to Tom and understood how it went.

Axel I understand that Germans don't like Italians, it's a long story and I can't blame you  Wink, but please watch our 40 and 41 laps while Tom was reaching us to lap and tell me what I did wrong. I hadn' understand well Tom's comment, but I think Tom had mistaken our names. I was a spectator behind you and Tom on the last turn and even Dimi catched us in the meanwhile.
I aplogize for my comment after the race that was caused by your rejoin after you hitted grass and we were side by side before the fast kink. I had to move right to avoid you but you came on me cutting the track and I spun badly loosing two spots on Dimi and Phil.
I ask apologize to Phil for my bad rejoin that collected him, but he could restart ahead of me and we had again a nice battle after the previous battle till he had spun many laps before.
At the end of the race I was without force in my seventh decade  Wink Grin

I also have to add my due Lire here. As everyone knows, I'm also German and I like the Italians. It's also a long story: My father had an Italian girlfriend and I have a few Italian friends myself. Ferrari is a love of mine, Monza is one of my favourite circuits and I could go on like this. So Fulvio, reconsider your judgement.  Smiley

My favorite dish is Spaghetti con Sugo di Gorgonzola
Never heard of this dish laugh Is true that with the food anyone can do whatever he like but is more classic gnocchi with gongorzola and walnuts.Axel your food seem a mix of north and south Italy.Spaghetti from Napoli and gongorzola from Lombardy Smiley
Anyway no problem, i also use speck instead of the "guanciale"(bacon) typical of Roma for the carbonara. laugh
