Hi  pleased you experienced pilots posted info about fuel. Before race made a mental note about adding more fuel, but in qualifying the lap times were so close i decided against it, 18 laps from finish started to get worried fuel went red 2.8 gals left, started last lap on 0.2 gals engine started to falter thought going to run out of fuel on last lap by a miracle engine kept going to cross line before it cut out.
Very nice short track to race on.
Thanks to other drivers for some fab racing.
Grats to Dave Curtis on win
Grats to Matt 2nd place

Such a track is a high demanding one in terms of concentration!
I started to lack of it on the last minutes of practice then I completely lost myself after few laps of the race and I quit.
Fun thing: I set the same time (my PB) during practice with few gallons on the tank and on the few laps I raced with full tank!
See you on track.
Cheers

I was reading the comments in the Pro event.

Fulvio "At the end of the race I was without force in my 70th decade"

Unusual english, but I could not put it better. It was a physical workout for me
my arms were aching afterwards. I blame that for my lack of staying on the grey stuff  Roll Eyes
"Intense racing" comes to mind. I am not quite in my 70th decade, but some are, and beyond
