UKGPL Season 16 - Inter-league race - Mexico City

This is the eighth race in our Inter-League season, and will use the 67 cars.  Our guests will be the French league F1Legends, one of the biggest GPL leagues, still running several 67 divisions and certain to pose a serious test!  Their site- with much useful stuff in the updates section- is here: http://www.f1legends.ch/index.php.  This race will begin at 2000GMT  Each club is to field nine cars, and there are no chassis handicaps, drivers will be racing to complete the distance and score points for their team- after last race, be aware that you can only afford to be lapped twice!  Lets have a warm reception for the F1Legends drivers.

Please be in VROC UKGPL chatroom passworded 'Savage' by 7:55 p.m, (You will need to set up a channel called #ukgpl if you haven't already done so)
Vroc and Race passwords: see above

I'd like to race this one, in a Brabham, Ferrari, Honda or Cooper (in this order) preferably.

Hmmm! The writing's on the wall (so to speak) with none less than J Alesi in the ranks they look to be a strong team .

pity it clashes with the CC bash or I might have been tempted to make the numbers up.

Good luck chaps

Go Get 'em   Smiley

I'm wary of promising anything for these Team Races as I can never be 100% sure of attendance, especially for these early starts. If you are desperate I'll see what I can do.

If y'all are hurtin' for numbers, I know a mediocre driver that might be available...I'll see if I can get him a permission slip....

Hee hee! Jack's already confused by this new year thing we've entered  Grin (what! you mean it isn't really 1969?!  Shocked)

8 could be slightly tricky for me, but if you're short on numbers I'm sure I can give it a whirl.
IIRC I've raced the Eagle and maybe the Fezza there offline in the dim and distant past - that doesn't necisarily mean I'll be quick in them or I'll even have a usable setup (used to race with an analogue gamepad back then  Embarrassed) mind.
If you need me say and tell me what you've put me in - I don't really have a preference but suspect I may manage my traditional no finish if you put me in either of the boats  ninja
