Max torque is around 12k and after that it drops away to the point that trying to pull 13.5K is a waste of time

Other than that Clive is correct in saying that revving past 13.5k is a waste of time, Personally I don't even take the Waza that high.
Also you'd find the Waza unlikely to finish that often if it was abused to the red line for an entire race!
Frequently going to 12,500rpm and above for extended periods is enough to get engine temps 'toastie' in races at Pro damage.
