Hi Karlisss! I have a Logitech EX, which could be similar to yours - it's a basic wheel and pedals combo. I've found its best feature to be durability - my last one lasted me 3 years of frequent use, until the paddle solenoids finally gave out. I also like the feel, with the force feedback switched off. Mine have been good value for money.

I'm a late addition to the Novices list, hoping to be faster on the overtake, than I've been on the uptake - and willing to undertake the entire Season, provided the undertaker, and my connections, let me.
Umm . . . can I start this bit again?

Karlis - the link you posted is for a PS3 wheel - does it have a usb adapter for PC use too?
Also, do you NEED a high-end wheel to compete? i`m getting some pretty competitive times with my dual purpose ps3/pc thrustmaster ferrari GT wheel.. about £40 quid cheaper than the logitech...

I had DFP and it was great. DFGT is DFP's successor and I heard only good things about it Hi Karlisss! I have a Logitech EX, which could be similar to yours Only similar thing in those wheels is a Logitech logo Karlis - the link you posted is for a PS3 wheel - does it have a usb adapter for PC use too? DFGT(and DFP) can be connected to PS2, PS3, and a PC. You don't need any adapter to do it Also, do you NEED a high-end wheel to compete? i`m getting some pretty competitive times with my dual purpose ps3/pc thrustmaster ferrari GT wheel.. about £40 quid cheaper than the logitech...
I wouldn't call DFGT a high-end wheel. In my opinion it's the cheapest wheel worth to buy.

Okay guys, I know I'm late. Had some serious hardware breakdowns. Just finished installing the whole cirkus again. Count me in. ( Looking back on my pace last season, I don't think I got problems with choosing Ferrari) CU on track Norbert

Hi Rog, you need to vote in the poll beforew I can add you.
I'll update the chassis allocation thread but you will be Coopered again. The Novices races are beginning to sound like an angry swarm.

These 'so called' novices are all way too fast - I suggest I am allowed to do a couple of laps before anyone else - I might see somebody in the race then...

Cheer up Paul, you looked fully raceworthy to me. Just remember - to achieve great feats in Legends, it's oft' down to your feet . . . or so I'm told! Grumble . . . grumble!

If you want a laugh look at my performance in my first season (16) - I was invariably last and very slow. Keep plugging and up is the only way you can go

You certainly have. Tonight was my first race and I really enjoyed it. Sadly my stamina isn't great (thats my 'bad' blood - it will improve) and I found it really hard to keep concentrating - got up to 10th by mid race and it was all down hill from there...
