rasterizers

since i reinstal GPL i am trying to play monaco in AI mode, with 19 cars but its undriviable, framerate at starts drops till 7-9fps. with 3DFX(voodo)
also  there is OpenGL, but then game crashes or there is the same low level of FPS, or no Force Feedback connected.
i remmember there was some newer rasterizes, but they caused some 1/4screen error, and pribluda didnt work.
i totaly forget how to fix this rasterizer thing, and how to improve fps.
can someone remind me?

Uhm, why are you using voodoo? Use D3D v2 and it should be fine. It's OK even on my 5 year old PC.
