Unlucky Fran, it was a close race. I could see you on Pribluda and in my mirrors most of the race. Commiserations to Eric, you had me under pressure the whole race. I guess you had to push the little F12 too hard . Looks like it is a clean sweep of the podium for the moderators

Unfortunately, I couldn't keep my concentration after I got a phone call just before the race telling me of the death of an old family friend.

Good morning all
Well done Raoni and Tristan. It all started badly, I could not ride properly for practice until I chose another setup that will allow me to be 3 for the start. This one goes very well because I gain 1 place because Raoni is andicapé by the weight of his BRM. Tristan is fast as usual, but the suction keeps me in touch. After several laps, Raoni comes back on us, after a small error, we lose contact with Tristan and both will be on several laps - one second. Later, Tristan broke his engine and, not knowing the rules, carried out a reset at the pit when he could have done it on the track, his manager was involved for lack of information. We have the victory then, I am now 1 and Raoni exerts a lot of pressure behind me. I am concentrating on having a good trajectory because it is faster but my braking is missed on the last corner, Raoni passes.
Now it's my turn to follow him, at turn 3 I am close to his right and we are touching each other, I think I made a mistake and wait for Raoni, this one in his damaged car and driving slower.
Fortunately, Tristan is far away and we finish the race like this, well done for this great victory, well deserved Raoni, a race with a lot of fun, thank you.
Well done everyone, thank you to the organizers and see you soon

Another demonstration of poor race driving from me! sorry to Bernie and PaulV and I think at least one other if I nearly took you out. Spent most of the first half of the race recovering from spins or off track. Experiencing the same as years back when I drove regularly that the car feels very different in race than in practice. I have the same setup selected and same fuel amount so I guess it’s my lack of skill rather than anything else.

No, Raoni is keyboarder and can not rev high at start, he will allways do a slow start!

The next couple of races in this 65 series are Cadwell Park & Phillip Island (were changed to be different to the Mixed Open Wheel series) as mentioned in this comment in the registration thread. You are right though about the next events showing on championship standings table - they will be updated. Cheers, Dave.

From the drop of the green flag right on through to the checker, it was flat-out motoring for me. I was getting fatigued at one point wondering if we were nearing the finish when I glanced at my pit board to see how many laps were left to run. It read 20. WTF??? Such was the pace and involvement that I had completely lost track of all time and really did think we were well past the halfway point. I had Andreas breathing down my neck ready to pounce on any mistake and the pace plus his attentions made time stand still. Grats to Ray on the win and to Alain for a good P2. Tristan a fortunate P3 thanks to a reset for a blown motor. The start was a drama I didn't need what with Baab ricocheting off the pitwall Armco and looping it. Thought that I might get involved but no, made it by safely. Colin got caught up in gaffe to lose time. Starting Lap03, I think that I inadvertently shafted my Blue Moose teammate, Evil Clive, with my line into, through and out of T1. In all previous runnings of the Honda here, I always changed down to 2nd gear but in the pre-race prep for the round, in qualifying and in the race, I only went down to 3rd gear for T1 as I found it smoother on acceleration on exit. It may have actually cost me a little time but I felt more comfortable with it. Clive almost hit my tail and doing his utmost to miss me, steered off the road and lost a position. Sorry for that, Clive. Lap04 and I found myself in P6 chasing Andreas when he went wide in Knickerbrook and took to the grass on the outfield. I was able to skip by on his right and take the place but as has happened so often in the past, I just knew that AG would be mounting a fierce counter-attack. This did not overly concern me as history can show that in the many races where Andreas and I have crossed swords, I know that he exercises precise, skillful judgement and doesn't make faint-hope stabs up the inside for a lucky pass that puts us both in peril. When he makes a move, better be prepared to yield. Racing with AG is always a toss-up as to whom will emerge the victor and indeed, is always a pleasure. Late in the going, I made a poorish entry to T1 and had to change right down to 2nd gear to have the grunt needed to pull off the corner with any authority. I could just sense AG right behind licking his chops at the prospect of finally get the place back but no, there just wasn't enough time or space for him to make a bid. We finished up line astern in P4 and P5. Great job, AG! Sorry to see that Axel ran into misfortune along the way as surely he would have finished well up.
