Spent the hot and unexpectedly sunny hours of yesterday at Mosport, spectating the 2018 VARAC Vintage Grand Prix. Featured this year were the Formula 5000 cars, a series that started in 1968, so the 50th anniversary celebration. Honorary Grand Marshal was Brian Redman.

The day's action came to an end early, unfortunately:

Plan for next time at Mosport: forget the paddock, just roll around checking out the spectator rides. Example: when was the last time you saw
six Daimler SP250s in one day*? Not all together, either. Just random.
*edit: just checked, and that's out of 2654 ever made
