Just re installed version 9. all ok here again.
but cant at present test the server.

It would appear that it is NOT a problem with the server connection as I get the same issue with both offline and online attempts to fire up the track. Have you made any recent changes to the track file Pete?, as the issue seems to be with reading and loading the Bland folder?
Evil one ! Doubt its the Bland folder , I only downloaded it from Fast Lane circa 8 pm, the programme installed straight away and ran fine except for a few too many CTD's in offline pracky . I then put the 3do file in and thought it was OK until I got kicked from the race on lap umpteen . Did you check the path to GPL? |

I used the installer that came with the download, and the track exists in the TRACKS folder. I also added the Blandford track to the 55 Season INI file so that I can select it in GEM. So as far as I can see it should work. I thought Pete had nailed the problem when he mentioned the 60fps patch, but I was to be disappointed  . just to check.....the 55's run under 60fpsnewmod patch? |

Morning all, Thank you for racing yesterday. Firstly I would like to apologise to those who suffered CTDs. The problem would appear to be the draw distances in the fast back part of the circuit. I've shortened them considerably this morning using the FB_ADJUST programme and I hope that the problems have now gone away. Here is the new 3DO ... Just rename to bland.3do and drop into your track folder. https://drive.google.com/file/d/181-V4Apm68lQtj5B_I4ddlLXVTIDd5H4/view?usp=sharingI've included a link to FB_ADJUST programme along with instructions how to add the needed system files to your Windows SysWOW folder (not as trciky as it sounds) for those of you who would like to experiment further. It's really simple to use and of course you can use it on ANY track. You just need to extract the 3do and the trk from the DAT file first. Hi Pete . This is a really great track and a pleasure to drive , thank you . A pity though about the disco problem . I have put the updated 3do file into the tracks folder, but having read the install instructions for "FB Adjust" these look way outside my comfort zone and a bit too involved for my PC skills level , I feel any attempt by me to install and run this programme would surely end in disaster or at least see my GPL folder going up in smoke  Also Is there a replay somewhere ? Thanks |

No Problem, Pete. You did a great work again.  I suffered the CTD always there in the fast back part when these small Wheels lost Grip and the whole Car(with brakes from a Mofa) understeered to the outside. I think going there with a proper car(69x) will cause no problems at all!  |

So sorry to learn that some are still having troubles with Blandford. Stick with it, chaps! She's a great ride!
Good fun dashing about in the Streamliner Merc. I was initially going to give the Connie a run but binned it in favour of the fendered beast. More of a lark than any hopes of challenging for a win. It was fun!
Got into a good scrap with Martin but ran out of gas. Not the car. Me. Extreme fatigue overcame me and I pitted for a breather. Pulled up to my placard and it vanished. After a short rest, I intended to resume but was unaccountably booted. Quite surprised and alarmed at that.

Please try this 3do. I'm hoping that I've got rid of CTD in the area by the caravan...
Please TRY HARD to force a CTD by spinning off and going in all different directions between ENGINEERS CORNER and the next fast right-hander.
Together we can crack this.
Just tried it out with 69er, went sideways as hell: And the track was stable like anything! A real joyride!  |

I have just tried your working copy of Blandford Pete and it works fine offline, so I am guessing that my track file became corrupted somewhere along the line. BTW took the 55 Gordini for a spin ( or two ) and had no issues with CTD.
